How we use it

To assess whether we can help you, to schedule and prepare for your valuation call, to follow up about your valuation, and to measure and improve our advertising.

Email and text messages

We only send emails and text messages if you check the consent box. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or use the unsubscribe link in any email.

Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL)

For Canadian recipients, we rely on your express consent to send commercial electronic messages. Every message identifies us and includes a working unsubscribe mechanism, and we honour unsubscribe requests within 10 business days.

US texting consent (TCPA)

By checking the consent box you agree to receive text messages, which may be sent using automated technology, at the number you provided. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or service.

Analytics and advertising pixels

We use Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel (including Meta's server-side Conversions API) to understand how visitors use this page and to measure ad performance. Where the law requires it (for example the EU, UK, and Quebec), we ask for your consent first. Everywhere else you can opt out at any time with the "Privacy Choices" link in the footer, and we honour Global Privacy Control browser signals.

Sharing

We never sell your information. Details about your business are only shared with prospective buyers under a signed NDA and with your permission. We use trusted service providers (scheduling, email, text messaging, hosting) who process data on our behalf.
