We're brothers, operators, and investors, and we've spent more than a decade building businesses from the ground up.
We started by building a multifamily real estate portfolio across Canada and the United States. To run it properly, we built the companies that operate it in-house, creating a vertically integrated operation instead of relying on outside vendors. We've since closed more than $50M in off-market real estate transactions, all through private relationships rather than public listings. Along the way, we built a seven-figure consulting business teaching others how to build and scale real estate businesses.
Today, our focus is businesses. We help owners exit on their terms, and we're building our own portfolio of acquired companies at the same time. That means we look at every business the way a buyer does, because we are one.
